Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District Receives $1 Million State Funding Award for Critical Site Security and Infrastructure Improvements at the Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center

Jurupa Valley, CA – The Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District (JARPD) is pleased to announce the award of $1,000,000 in State of California funding to support vital infrastructure improvements at the Jurupa Mountains Discovery Center. The funding will be used to enhance site security and modernize the facility's water supply and irrigation systems, ensuring the long-term preservation and operation of one of the region's most important educational and natural history resources.
The investment represents a significant step forward in protecting and strengthening the Discovery Center's ability to serve students, families, and visitors throughout the Inland Empire.
